Сочинский ТРЦ "Моремолл" продолжает чувствовать себя неплохо.
Отчасти, конечно, из-за фактического отсутствия конкуренции, но тем не менее.

Вакансии практически нет, собран сильный tenant-mix.
Помимо fashion и сопутствующих категорий, очень широкое предложение по еде - от двухэтажного фудкорта до ресторанов.
Сейчас готовится к открытию группа арендаторов с товарами для дома - Madame Coco, Kuchenland, Haier (судя по витринам, форматы достаточно большие).
Мне по-прежнему немного не хватает однообразия вывесок и входных групп на втором этаже (здесь очень высокие потолки, дополнительное пространство нужно не всем, так что обыгрывают "лишнюю" витрину по-разному), и хотелось бы чуть больше навигации.

При этом посетителей достаточно - и местных, и туристов.
