В "старой" Москве схемы рассрочки в сфере новостроек становятся всё более востребованными.
Согласно данным компании Ricci, в 2024 году доля таких сделок составит 23% от общего числа сделок, что на 4% больше по сравнению с 2023 годом, а также на 3% выше, чем в 2022 году.
Наиболее заметный рост происходит в сегменте элитной недвижимости, где увеличение составило 15% относительно прошлого года и 20% по сравнению с 2022 годом. В других сегментах изменений практически не наблюдается — всего 1-2%. Рассрочка по-прежнему в основном применяется в сегменте дорогостоящего жилья.
С учётом текущих тенденций, в 2025 году ожидается дальнейший рост количества подобных сделок, при этом условия останутся достаточно гибкими. Здесь существенную роль играет высокая ключевая ставка, и её снижение в ближайшем будущем не предвидится, отмечает Екатерина Ломтева из Ricci.
