朝鲜批评“四方安全对话”谴责朝鲜研发核武器是干涉主权国家内政的严重政治挑衅，将采取切实可行的反制措施。

朝中社星期五（7月4日）报道，朝鲜外交部当天发表谈话说，“四方安全对话”（QUAD）应终止试图改变朝鲜当前地位的单方面强制打压活动。
朝鲜外交部说，美国仰仗四方安全对话机制等排他性小集团干涉主权国家内政、煽动阵营对立、造成国际关系不稳定的霸权行径，是阻碍地区与世界和平安全的主要危险因素。朝方强烈谴责和反对美方公然侵犯朝鲜尊严与权益、毫不掩饰其一贯敌视朝鲜立场的恶意行径，并对由此可能引发的严重后果表示高度关切。

Rising interest rates amid a strengthening economy "may prove no challenge at all for stocks," Paulsen said.
