下午察：中国证监会新标识解套了
中国证监会星期一（6月30日）出人意料地启用全新标识，使用了13年的白底红色三角形组成的图案，正式被红底银色“V”型构成的图案取代。
原先的旧标识由三个红底的“公”字相互嵌套构成，代表监管者、市场主体与投资者三方平衡构成健康的股票市场，体现“公平、公正、公开”的“三公”原则。
这一标识在2012年首次亮相时，恰逢A股低迷期，上证指数在2300点附近徘徊。在一些投资者看来，三个三角形层层套叠的设计更像是一个“连环套”，仿佛在说散户被股市长期套牢、无法脱身的困境。

Additionally, Telegram notes that secret chats leave no trace on the company’s services and offer a self-destruct timer.
Mr. Durov launched Telegram in late 2013 with his brother, Nikolai, just months before he was pushed out of VK, the Russian social-media platform he founded. Mr. Durov pitched his new app—funded with the proceeds from the VK sale—less as a business than as a way for people to send messages while avoiding government surveillance and censorship.
