中国外交部：转世灵童必须经中国政府批准
中国外交部星期三（7月2日）表示，达赖喇嘛的转世灵童继承权必须经中国中央政府批准。
流亡印度的西藏精神领袖达赖喇嘛星期三说，达赖喇嘛活佛转世体系在他圆寂后，仍将继续存在。他说，他创立的一家非营利机构，将拥有认定其未来转世灵通的唯一权利。
据路透社报道，中国外交部发言人毛宁在星期三的例行记者会上表示，达赖喇嘛的转世灵童继承权必须符合中国法律法规，符合宗教仪轨和历史定制。

Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
