上海市一、二手住房上半年累计成交同比增17%

数据显示,今年上半年,中国金融中心上海市一、二手住房累计成交为2022年以来同期最高,同比增加17%。

据澎湃新闻报道,上海市房管局的统计数据显示,1至6月,上海市一、二手住房累计成交1311万平方米,同比增加17%。

其中,一手住房市场总体平稳。数据显示,1至6月,一手住房累计成交326万平方米,同比基本持平;在售项目销售平稳,上半年在售项目日均成交约1万平方米,比2024年同期日均增加38%,略高于2024年“沪七条”出台后10月份的续盘成交水平。从价格指数看,2025年以来一手住房价格指数环比保持上涨态势,1至5月环比累计上涨2.7%。

上海去年9月底发布“沪七条”,成为中国首个放宽限购政策的一线城市。

统计数据也显示,1至6月,二手住房累计成交985万平方米,为2022年以来同期最高,同比增加24%。从价格指数看,自“沪七条”实施以来,二手住房价格指数环比累计上涨1.3%。

中指研究院星期二(7月1日)公布数据显示,中国6月二手住宅价格环比下跌0.75%,同比下跌7.26%;新建住宅价格上涨速度也有所放缓,仅上涨0.19%,低于上个月的0.3%。

销售方面,克而瑞地产研究数据显示,中国百强房企6月实现销售操盘金额3390亿元人民币(601亿新元)。彭博社估算,6月单月销量下降23%。上半年百强房企销售总额同比下降11.8%。

Should You Buy Bitcoin?

At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
