香港民主党创党成员李华明出席七一酒会
香港特区政府星期二（7月1日）即回归28周年纪念日举办庆祝酒会，香港民主党创党成员李华明现身，也是唯一一位出席酒会的民主派代表。
据香港01报道，相信李华明因太平绅士身份而获邀，与民主党无关。
李华明说：“今年内民主党不再存在，相信这是我最后一次有民主党党员身份。”他也说，已决定解散的民主党已找到清盘人，位于太子区的民主党总部会址则待售。
香港民主党今年2月宣布将会解散，但具体时间表未定。该党4月召开特别会员大会，约九成党员赞成授权中委会跟进解散的具体工作。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
