韩国法律界消息：韩检察总长已请辞
有消息指，韩国检察总长沈雨廷已提请辞职。
韩联社星期二（7月1日）引述法律界人士消息称，沈雨廷前一天已表明辞职意向，卸任仪式将于星期三在大检察厅举行。
6月29日，韩国总统李在明提名共同民主党国会议员郑成湖为法务部长官，任命律师奉旭为总统府民政首席秘书。韩国舆论认为，这表明新一届政府迅速推进检察系统改革的决心，改革或包括分离检察机关的调查权和起诉权等核心内容。
