韩国全境现高温 多数地区最高体感温度约33摄氏度
韩国全境星期一（6月30日）出现高温天气，多数地区最高体感温度高达33摄氏度左右。
韩联社报道，星期天晚上至星期一早晨间，首尔最低气温达25.6摄氏度，迎来今夏的首个“热带夜”。
“热带夜”是指从傍晚6时零1分至次日上午9时的气温一直超过25摄氏度的现象。今年首尔的首个“热带夜”较去年（6月21日）晚了八天。高温潮湿的西南风持续吹来导致夜间气温下降缓慢。受此影响，除首尔之外，还有多地出现“热带夜”现象，包括江原道江陵、忠清北道清州、大邱、蔚山、济州岛西归浦，以及庆尚北道浦项、盈德和永川等地。
据韩国天气预报，未来一段时间，全国大部分地区将持续出现高温天气，体感温度最高将达到33摄氏度左右，部分地区将出现“热带夜”现象。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
Telegram has no known backdoors and, even though it is come in for criticism for using proprietary encryption methods instead of open-source ones, those have yet to be compromised. While no messaging app can guarantee a 100% impermeable defense against determined attackers, Telegram is vulnerabilities are few and either theoretical or based on spoof files fooling users into actively enabling an attack.
