菲律宾南部海域发生6.1级地震
菲律宾南部西达沃省附近海域星期六（6月28日）早晨发生6.1级地震。目前暂无人员伤亡或财产损失报告。
新华社报道，根据菲律宾火山地震研究所发布的信息，这次地震发生在早上7时零7分（与新加坡无时差），震中位于西达沃省（Davao Occidental）萨兰加尼市（Sarangani）东南方向约85公里处，震源深度79公里。
研究所指出，这次地震为构造地震，可能会发生余震，预计不会引发海啸。

That strategy is the acquisition of a value-priced company by a growth company. Using the growth company's higher-priced stock for the acquisition can produce outsized revenue and earnings growth. Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view.
