美国一季度经济环比萎缩0.5%
美国商务部公布的最终修正数据显示，2025年第一季度美国国内生产总值（GDP）环比按年率计算萎缩0.5%，较此前公布的初次估值和修正值明显下调。
新华社报道，美国商务部星期四（6月26日）表示，这一数据主要反映消费者支出和出口数据的下调。具体来看，一季度进口环比增幅下调至37.9%，出口增幅下调至0.4%，净进口对一季度GDP拖累近4.7个百分点。受服务数据下调影响，占美国经济总量约70%的个人消费支出对一季度GDP的贡献下调至约0.3个百分点。
分析人士认为，美国一季度经济萎缩主要是由于美国关税政策导致进口大幅增加，关税对通胀的影响是下一步关注重点。
美国商务部通常会根据不断完善的信息对季度经济数据进行三次估算。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
