香港立法会通过职工会条例 加强维护国安
香港特区政府立法会星期四（6月25日）通过《2025年职工会（修订）条例草案》，加强维护国家安全。
据香港政府网站，条例草案加强职工会登记局局长监督和管理职工会的法定权力，更有效履行维护国家安全的责任。修订同时顾及香港居民组织和参与职工会的自由和权利，对合法合规职工会的运作不会构成负面影响。
香港政府称，经修订的《职工会条例》可确保职工会秉持维护和促进职工会会员职业权益的主要宗旨，有助职工会健康发展。
《2025年职工会（修订）条例》今年7月4日刊宪，明年1月5日实施。
