下午察：中国互联网上的“西方伪史论”没落了？
“郑和早就发现了美洲”“亚里士多德根本不存在”“欧洲工业革命是《永乐大典》的功劳”……这些猎奇的“西方伪史”观点近几年活跃于中国社交媒体，但过去几天，这些观点连同发布账号集体“神隐”了。
“西方伪史论”代表人物之一、已从浙江大学退休的艺术史教授黄河清6月21日在微博发文称，“昆羽继圣”“朱恪远”等博主账号在多个社交平台“一夜间被无故封号”，并对此表示强烈抗议。
这些账号长期挥舞着“西方伪史论”的大旗，活跃于社交平台，如今都因违反相关规定被关停，发布的内容均被屏蔽。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
