英国将投资6亿英镑 应对中国间谍活动
英国政府将投资6亿英镑（约10.45亿新元），以应对中国间谍活动。
法新社报道，英国首相斯塔默去年7月以压倒性优势赢得大选后，委托机构对英中关系进行调查。这份于星期二（6月24日）发布的报告建议英国与中国进行高层接触以建立“贸易和投资关系”，同时增强对北京威胁的“抵御能力”。
调查结果显示，中国间谍活动以及北京方面破坏英国民主和经济的企图，近年来日趋增加。
英国外长拉米告诉议会，工党政府将在情报部门投资6亿英镑，他说：“我们了解中国是一个精进且持续存在的威胁，（但）我们别无选择，必须与中国维持关系”。
他说：“把中国视为我们最亲密的盟友一样，能够合作时合作，但也要划清底线，在国家安全问题上决不妥协”。

In general, many financial experts support their clients’ desire to buy cryptocurrency, but they don’t recommend it unless clients express interest. “The biggest concern for us is if someone wants to invest in crypto and the investment they choose doesn’t do well, and then all of a sudden they can’t send their kids to college,” says Ian Harvey, a certified financial planner (CFP) in New York City. “Then it wasn’t worth the risk.” The speculative nature of cryptocurrency leads some planners to recommend it for clients’ “side” investments. “Some call it a Vegas account,” says Scott Hammel, a CFP in Dallas. “Let’s keep this away from our real long-term perspective, make sure it doesn’t become too large a portion of your portfolio.” In a very real sense, Bitcoin is like a single stock, and advisors wouldn’t recommend putting a sizable part of your portfolio into any one company. At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
