以色列未立即证实与伊朗达成停火协议
《纽约时报》报道，在美国总统特朗普宣布以色列和伊朗已达成停火协议的数小时后，伊朗国家电视台宣布了停火消息，以色列没有立即确认此事，并指伊朗军方仍继续向以色列发射导弹。
报道称，伊朗国家电视台于星期二（6月24日）凌晨宣布停火时，伊朗外交部长阿拉格奇在社交媒体贴文说，伊朗武装部队将一直战斗到24日凌晨4时（新加坡时间24日上午8时30分）“最后一刻”，他还说：“我与全体伊朗人民一起向我们勇敢的武装部队表达感谢”。
以色列军方发言人拒绝发表评论，在停火“期限”临近时还继续向伊朗进行猛烈轰炸。
以色列军方还说，由于伊朗发射导弹，以色列国内拉响了警报。
在全面停火生效前，两个敌对方在停火初期交火的情况并不少见。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
At a time when the Indian stock market is peaking and has rallied immensely compared to global markets, there are companies that have not performed in the last 10 years.
