韩总统要求制定对策 预防及惩处对朝散布传单行为
据韩国总统府消息，韩国总统李在明星期六（6月14日）指示相关部门制定对策，预防及惩处对朝鲜散布传单的行为。
韩国总统府说，星期六凌晨发现有民间团体在仁川市江华岛向朝鲜散布传单。韩国政府此前已表明立场，要求必须终止威胁边境居民日常生活安全、加剧朝鲜半岛军事紧张的非法行为。
新华社引述韩国总统府说，李在明已指示所有相关部门制定对策，预防及惩处对朝散布传单的行为，政府将迅速采取应对措施。
据悉，韩国政府计划于星期一（16日）由统一部主持召开有关部门联席会议商讨综合对策，并将依法从严处置14日参与散布传单的民间团体及人员。

elegram is updating its messaging app with options for auto-deleting messages, expiring invite links, and new unlimited groups, the company shared in a blog post. Much like Signal, Telegram received a burst of new users in the confusion over WhatsApp’s privacy policy and now the company is adopting features that were already part of its competitors’ apps, features which offer more security and privacy. Auto-deleting messages were already possible in Telegram’s encrypted Secret Chats, but this new update for iOS and Android adds the option to make messages disappear in any kind of chat. Auto-delete can be enabled inside of chats, and set to delete either 24 hours or seven days after messages are sent. Auto-delete won’t remove every message though; if a message was sent before the feature was turned on, it’ll stick around. Telegram’s competitors have had similar features: WhatsApp introduced a feature in 2020 and Signal has had disappearing messages since at least 2016.
