以总理：加沙地带剩余人质获释谈判取“重大进展”
以色列总理内坦亚胡说，在确保受困于加沙地带的剩余人质获释方面取得“重大进展”，但就达成协议抱有希望仍“为时过早”。
路透社报道，尽管美国、埃及和卡塔尔努力促成加沙停火，但以色列和哈马斯都没有表现出在核心要求方面做出让步的意愿。

To pay the bills, Mr. Durov is issuing investors $1 billion to $1.5 billion of company debt, with the promise of discounted equity if the company eventually goes public, the people briefed on the plans said. He has also announced plans to start selling ads in public Telegram channels as soon as later this year, as well as offering other premium services for businesses and users.
