周三美市盘前走低聚焦Levi Strauss出售Dockers

美国华尔街股市主要股指期货在星期三（5月21日）走低。在7时截稿时，标准与普尔500指数期货退低37.50点或0.63％，报5903.00点；以科技股为主的纳斯达克100指数期货下跌134.30点或0.63％，报21233.10点；重量级的道琼斯指数期货也跌了369.20点，报42308.00点。

美国股市在隔夜（星期二）下跌，反映大盘的标准与普尔500指数也结束了连续六个交易日上涨的走势。标准与普尔500指数隔夜下跌23.14点，闭市报5940.46点。道琼斯指数跌114.83点，闭市报42677.24点。纳斯达克100指数也退低0.37%或79.68点，以21367.37点收市。

美国股市隔夜的交易稍微转为淡静，交易所的总成交量是161亿4000万股，比过去20天的173亿8000万股平均成交量少。

《华尔街日报》报道称，由于债务太多，晶片零件制造商Wolfspeed Inc准备在未来几个星期内申请破产保护。这个消息传开后，Wolfspeed Inc的股价在今晚盘前暴跌56.23%，截稿时报1.37美元。

Telegram hopes to raise $1bn with a convertible bond private placement

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
