中美贸易战暂时停火 黄金避险需求下降
（纽约综合电）中国与美国的贸易谈判取得突破，缓解了市场对美国经济陷入衰退的担忧，进而导致黄金价格走软。
金价本星期走低，星期五（5月16日）收盘时下跌1.18%，报每安士3202.77美元。总结一个星期黄金表现，黄金这个星期跌幅3.67%。
分析师指出，有鉴于全球经济的不稳定性不如之前的高涨，买黄金来避险的吸引力有所减弱。
德国拜罗伊特大学经济系荣誉教授波雷特（Thorsten Polleit）接受信息服务商金拓（Kitco）的采访时指出，美国经济前景改善将持续打击黄金价格，金价在短期内仍有下行空间。
美国特朗普政府自4月9日以来暂缓大部分高关税。美国和中国也同意，从5月14日起的90天内，大幅降低关税。

The campaign, which security firm Check Point has named Rampant Kitten, comprises two main components, one for Windows and the other for Android. Since the violent storming of Capitol Hill and subsequent ban of former U.S. President Donald Trump from Facebook and Twitter, the removal of Parler from Amazon’s servers, and the de-platforming of incendiary right-wing content, messaging services Telegram and Signal have seen a deluge of new users. In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
