美国关税冲击世界经济 欧盟准备反击且愿意谈判
欧洲联盟誓言要对美国总统特朗普宣布的对等关税进行报复，同时敦促特朗普通过对话解决问题。欧盟是美国的最大贸易伙伴。
欧洲委员会主席冯德莱恩星期四（4月3日）在欧盟-中亚伙伴关系峰会举行前。于乌兹别克斯坦撒马尔罕（Samarkand）宣读的声明中说：“我们已经敲定了针对钢铁关税的第一套反制措施。”
彭博社引述冯德莱恩的视频讲话说：“特朗普的公告是对世界经济的重大打击，如果谈判失败，我们正准备采取进一步的反制措施以保护我们的利益和企业。”
冯德莱恩没有提供欧盟未来措施的任何细节。欧盟计划本月对价值高达260亿欧元（377.28亿新元）的美国商品征收反关税，以回应3月12日生效的美国钢铁和铝关税。

The SSE was the first modern stock exchange to open in China, with trading commencing in 1990. It has now grown to become the largest stock exchange in Asia and the third-largest in the world by market capitalization, which stood at RMB 50.6 trillion (US$7.8 trillion) as of September 2021. Stocks (both A-shares and B-shares), bonds, funds, and derivatives are traded on the exchange. The SEE has two trading boards, the Main Board and the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the latter more commonly known as the STAR Market. The Main Board mainly hosts large, well-established Chinese companies and lists both A-shares and B-shares.
The S&P 500 slumped 1.8% on Monday and Tuesday, thanks to China Evergrande, the Chinese property company that looks like it is ready to default on its more-than $300 billion in debt. Cries of the next Lehman Brothers—or maybe the next Silverado?—echoed through the canyons of Wall Street as investors prepared for the worst.
