下午察：缅甸强震中那栋不堪一震的曼谷高楼
缅甸3月28日发生7.7级大地震，截至31日已造成当地2000多人死亡，并且波及邻国泰国，酿成至少19人死亡，另有七八十人失联，大部分受困在首都曼谷倒塌的国家审计署办公大楼废墟中。
这栋33层、137米高的大楼还在兴建中，距离泰国最大露天市场乍都乍（Chatuchak）约200米，是曼谷唯一受缅甸强震影响倒塌的建筑物，因此成为泰国舆论关注的焦点。
网传视频显示，强震后几秒钟，这栋大楼轰然垮塌，瞬间夷为平地，掀起巨大尘云，附近民众惊慌逃离，画面震惊全球。

While no messaging app can guarantee a 100% impermeable defense against determined attackers, Telegram is vulnerabilities are few and either theoretical or based on spoof files fooling users into actively enabling an attack.
