中国云南省会泽县发生4.4级地震，专家称，这是缅甸7.9级地震触发的。
据中新社报道，云南省地震局专家星期六（3月29日）受访时说，当天在云南省曲靖市会泽县发生的4.4级地震系缅甸7.9级地震触发的鲁甸老震区的小震起伏活动。云南省昭通市鲁甸县2014年8月3日曾发生6.5级地震。
云南会泽星期六18时50分发生4.4级地震。截至目前，暂未接到人员伤亡和房屋受损情况报告，其他灾情正在进一步核实统计中。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
