阿姆斯特丹持刀伤人案 嫌犯是乌克兰公民
荷兰警方星期六（3月29日）说，两天前涉嫌在阿姆斯特丹市中心刺伤五人的男子，是一名来自乌克兰东部顿涅茨克州的30岁乌克兰公民。
路透社报道，警方说，这名乌克兰男子26日入住阿姆斯特丹的一家酒店，他将在4月1日被带上法庭，法官将决定是否继续羁押他。
他涉嫌在27日下午，在热闹的阿姆斯特丹水坝广场附近用多把刀随机刺伤了五人。他在伤人后迅速被公众合力制服，他的一条腿在这过程中受伤。
警方尚无法确定他的行凶动机。
五名遭刺伤者包括一名26岁波兰男子、一名73岁比利时妇女、一名19岁阿姆斯特丹女子，还有一名67岁妇女和一名69岁男性，两人均为美国人。
波兰男子已在28日出院，其余伤者还在医院留医，但情况稳定。

In general, many financial experts support their clients’ desire to buy cryptocurrency, but they don’t recommend it unless clients express interest. “The biggest concern for us is if someone wants to invest in crypto and the investment they choose doesn’t do well, and then all of a sudden they can’t send their kids to college,” says Ian Harvey, a certified financial planner (CFP) in New York City. “Then it wasn’t worth the risk.” The speculative nature of cryptocurrency leads some planners to recommend it for clients’ “side” investments. “Some call it a Vegas account,” says Scott Hammel, a CFP in Dallas. “Let’s keep this away from our real long-term perspective, make sure it doesn’t become too large a portion of your portfolio.” In a very real sense, Bitcoin is like a single stock, and advisors wouldn’t recommend putting a sizable part of your portfolio into any one company. At most, planners suggest putting no more than 1% to 10% into Bitcoin if you’re passionate about it. “If it was one stock, you would never allocate any significant portion of your portfolio to it,” Hammel says.
