吉隆坡夜市骚乱 惊动执法员“护送”数男离场
疑没有营业执照摆摊，引发马来西亚首都吉隆坡一个夜市发生骚动事件，场面失控混乱，最终惊动执法当局到场执法。
据了解，有关事件发生于星期五（3月28日），地点在隆市东姑阿都拉曼路（Jalan TAR）的夜市，骚动的部分过程被人摄下后流传网络，引起网民热议。
《中国报》引述社交媒体流传的视频报道，该夜市突然聚集许多围观者，现场十分混乱及吵闹，期间也清楚看见身穿黑衣的执法当局官员们，正“护送”数名男子离开。
视频可见，那些男子除了被后方众人步步紧逼得一直后退，还被大声叫嚣，而部分围观者也在一旁起哄。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
