中国和印度举行边境事务磋商和协调工作机制第33次会议，两国外交、国防、内政、移民等部门代表参加。
据中国外交部网站，中国外交部边界与海洋事务司司长洪亮同印度外交部东亚司联秘戴国澜（Gourangalal Das）星期二（3月25日）在北京共同主持会议。
双方本着积极、建设性和前瞻性的态度，重点就落实2024年12月中印边界问题特别代表第23次会晤就划界谈判、边境管控、机制建设、跨境交流合作等达成的共识全面深入交换意见，同意采取切实有效措施继续维护中印边境地区和平安宁，并积极筹备第24次中印边界问题特别代表会晤。
