特朗普：购买委内瑞拉石油的国家征收25%关税
美国总统特朗普宣布，任何从委内瑞拉购买石油或天然气的国家，将在与美国进行贸易时被征收25%关税。
路透社报道，特朗普星期一（3月24日）在社媒平台Truth Social发文，作出上述宣布。他说，这项“二级关税”将于4月2日生效。
此举可能对中国和印度等主要购买委内瑞拉石油的国家产生重大影响。
这个决定的背景涉及美国对委内瑞拉的长期制裁和外交紧张关系。自2019年以来，美国对委内瑞拉国有石油公司实施全面制裁，旨在迫使委内瑞拉总统马杜罗向反对派转移权力。

At the same time, Telegram Group Inc. must cover rising equipment and bandwidth expenses because of its rapid growth, despite going years without attempting to generate revenue.
However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
