达信：英叻无法在泼水节期间返泰
泰国前首相达信说，流亡海外多年的妹妹英叻，无法在今年4月泼水节期间回到泰国。
英叻是泰国首位女首相。泰国宪法法院2014年以玩忽职守和违反宪法为由，解除英叻的首相职务，她2017年8月流亡海外后，被泰国法院判罪名成立。
《曼谷邮报》报道，达信2024年8月结束流亡生涯返回泰国后，曾说计划带英叻及时返泰。不过，他星期一（3月24日）坦承，英叻还须再等待一段时间，现在还不是回来的时候。
他告诉记者：“愿望和现实有时并不一致。等时机成熟，她就会回来。”
达信拒绝透露阻碍英叻返泰的因素。英叻现已在海外流亡近八年，大部分时间都在英国伦敦度过。
泰国将在4月中旬迎来泼水节，达信说，他会于4月12日至13日在清迈庆祝节日。
