克宫：俄美领导人通话声明不存在任何矛盾
克里姆林宫说，俄美各自发布的领导人通话声明不存在任何矛盾。
路透社报道，俄罗斯总统普京和美国总统特朗普星期二（3月18日）通电话，通话结束后，克里姆林宫发声明称，俄方同意与乌克兰暂停针对“能源基础设施”的袭击。
白宫声明提到的则是“能源和基础设施停火”，意味着暂时停火不仅针对能源设施，也针对其他类型的基础设施，例如道路和桥梁。
不过，俄外交部发言人扎哈罗娃星期四（20日）在回答两国声明用词区别问题时说，没有两个国家会发布完全相同的公报，最重要的是俄美两国各自发布的版本没有矛盾。

The Main Board mainly hosts large, well-established Chinese companies and lists both A-shares and B-shares.
The lead from Wall Street offers little clarity as the major averages opened lower on Friday and then bounced back and forth across the unchanged line, finally finishing mixed and little changed.The Dow added 33.18 points or 0.10 percent to finish at 34,798.00, while the NASDAQ eased 4.54 points or 0.03 percent to close at 15,047.70 and the S&P 500 rose 6.50 points or 0.15 percent to end at 4,455.48. For the week, the Dow rose 0.6 percent, the NASDAQ added 0.1 percent and the S&P gained 0.5 percent.The lackluster performance on Wall Street came on uncertainty about the outlook for the markets following recent volatility.
