大连海关关长刘大立任上被查
大连海关关长、正厅级官员刘大立涉嫌严重违纪违法，任上被查。
据北京市纪委监委官方微信号“清风北京”星期三（3月19日）消息，大连海关中共党委书记、关长刘大立涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正在接受中央纪委国家监委驻海关总署纪检监察组纪律审查和北京市通州区监察委员会监察调查。
大连海关是受中国海关总署直接领导，负责指定口岸及相关区域范围内海关工作运行管理、监督监控的正厅级直属海关，领导隶属海关。
公开资料显示，刘大立出生于1969年9月，博士研究生学历。曾任全国海关教育培训中心主任、拉萨海关关长、汕头海关关长等职。
