路透社报道，梅德韦杰夫星期二（3月18日）在社媒平台X上发贴问说：“普京总统和特朗普总统之间的电话，证明了众所周知的事实——餐厅里只有俄罗斯和美国。主菜是基辅风味的炸肉排。请慢用！”
梅德韦杰夫曾任俄罗斯总统，现为俄罗斯安全委员会副主席。
普京星期二早些时候与特朗普通电话，同意在30天里暂停对乌克兰能源基础设施的打击，但拒绝全面停火。
乌克兰总统泽连斯基表示会支持能源战线临时停火，指责莫斯科尚未做好准备结束战争。
