中国据报开始调查长和出售其海外港口业务
彭博社星期二（3月18日）引述知情人士称，中国政府部门已开始调查香港首富李嘉诚旗下的长和出售其海外港口业务的交易。
知情人士说，中国国家市场监督管理总局等多家机构已接到国家高层领导人的指示，研究该交易是否存在潜在的安全漏洞或反垄断违规行为。
彭博社报道称，由于长和出售的港口均位于中国大陆和香港以外，因此尚不清楚大陆会采取什么手段来阻止这笔交易。
知情人士还说，北京方面对该交易的审查，并不一定意味着后续会采取任何行动。这种规模的交易通常会引起中国和其他国家监管机构的关注。
