马国槟城机场开玩笑称行李有炸弹 两男子被捕
两名男子在马来西亚槟城国际机场谎称行李内藏有炸弹，结果双双被警方逮捕。
马来西亚《中国报》报道，根据西南县警方脸书专页贴文，这起事件发生在星期二（11日）晚上10时30分，地点是槟州国际机场的入境厅。
一名64岁马国男子当时开玩笑指同行友人的行李内有炸弹。报道没有透露他们的身份。
机场管理层马上采取安全措施，检查有关行李，最终发现没有任何爆炸物。
由于两人的恶作剧行为，警方在刑事法典第506条文的刑事恐吓罪名下逮捕他们。
两人已被带往法庭申请延长扣留令，法庭允准他们延扣四天，直至星期六（15日）助查。
当地警方提醒民众，切勿在公共场所，尤其是机场等敏感区域，发表带有威胁性质的言论或玩笑。

The super secure UAE-based Telegram messenger service, developed by Russian-born software icon Pavel Durov, is looking to raise $1bn through a bond placement to a limited number of investors from Russia, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, the Kommersant daily reported citing unnamed sources on February 18, 2021.The issue reportedly comprises exchange bonds that could be converted into equity in the messaging service that is currently 100% owned by Durov and his brother Nikolai.Kommersant reports that the price of the conversion would be at a 10% discount to a potential IPO should it happen within five years.The minimum bond placement is said to be set at $50mn, but could be lowered to $10mn. Five-year bonds could carry an annual coupon of 7-8%.
Telegram is riding high, adding tens of million of users this year. Now the bill is coming due.Telegram is one of the few significant social-media challengers to Facebook Inc., FB -1.90% on a trajectory toward one billion users active each month by the end of 2022, up from roughly 550 million today.
