特朗普宣布将加拿大钢铁和铝关税提高至50%
美国总统特朗普星期二（3月11日）说，他已指示商务部长对从加拿大进口到美国的所有钢铁和铝产品额外加征25%的关税，这意味着相关产品的总关税将提升至50%，并表示新关税将于“明天早晨”生效。
前一天，加拿大安大略省政府正式对向美国三个州出口的所有电力征收25%的附加费。安大略省省长福特说，如果贸易战持续，他将进一步提高收费，甚至可能完全切断电力供应。

That strategy is the acquisition of a value-priced company by a growth company. Using the growth company's higher-priced stock for the acquisition can produce outsized revenue and earnings growth. Even better is the use of cash, particularly in a growth period when financial aggressiveness is accepted and even positively viewed.he key public rationale behind this strategy is synergy - the 1+1=3 view. In many cases, synergy does occur and is valuable. However, in other cases, particularly as the strategy gains popularity, it doesn't. Joining two different organizations, workforces and cultures is a challenge. Simply putting two separate organizations together necessarily creates disruptions and conflicts that can undermine both operations.
