俄美在土耳其举行双边会谈 讨论使馆运作问题
俄罗斯代表团抵达美国驻伊斯坦布尔领事官邸，就俄美双边关系等进行谈判。
新华社报道，俄罗斯代表团星期四（2月27日）到土耳其的美国大使馆进行会谈。
俄罗斯外交部长拉夫罗夫星期三（26日）说，此次会谈将讨论各自驻对方使馆的运作问题。
美国媒体也引述美国国务院官员报道称，双方将在会谈中讨论使馆运作问题，包括人员安排和签证等。
美国代表团将由美国副助理国务卿库尔特率领，俄罗斯代表团将由俄罗斯外交部北大西洋司司长兼俄驻美国候任大使达尔奇耶夫（Aleksandr Darchiyev）率领。
官员也说，代表团包括美国国务院和俄外交部官员，以及各自大使馆的成员。
