特朗普：希望乌克兰归还美国提供的援助资金
美国总统特朗普星期六（2月22日）说，他希望收回美国提供给乌克兰用于俄乌战争的资金。
法新社报道，特朗普在保守派政治行动会议（CPAC）上说：“我正在与泽连斯基总统打交道。我正在与普京总统打交道。我要确保能收回这些钱。
“欧洲以贷款的形式（为乌克兰）提供资金，他们拿回了钱，但我们不是这样，所以我希望（乌克兰）能给我们钱，以回报我们投入的所有资金。
“我们要求稀土、石油和任何我们能得到的东西。
“我们将拿回我们的钱，因为这不公平。我们拭目以待，但我认为我们非常接近达成协议，我们最好快点达成协议，因为这已是一个糟糕的情况。”

The global forecast for the Asian markets is murky following recent volatility, with crude oil prices providing support in what has been an otherwise tough month. The European markets were down and the U.S. bourses were mixed and flat and the Asian markets figure to split the difference.The TSE finished modestly lower on Friday following losses from the financial shares and property stocks.For the day, the index sank 15.09 points or 0.49 percent to finish at 3,061.35 after trading between 3,057.84 and 3,089.78. Volume was 1.39 billion shares worth 1.30 billion Singapore dollars. There were 285 decliners and 184 gainers.
