克宫：特朗普可随时访问俄罗斯
克里姆林宫发言人佩斯科夫说，在俄美双方协商一致的情况下，美国总统特朗普可以随时访问俄罗斯。
路透社报道，佩斯科夫星期天（2月16日）发布一段接受俄罗斯媒体采访的视频，他回应有关俄罗斯总统普京和美国总统特朗普通话的问题时说：“这是一个强烈的信号，我们（美国和俄罗斯）现在将尝试通过对话解决问题。谈论的是和平，而不是战争。”
佩斯科夫也说，如果俄美双方能够保持定期对话，俄美两国元首会晤就不需要那么多准备工作。
不过，他强调，俄罗斯将在未来可能的乌克兰问题谈判中捍卫自身利益。
特朗普星期三（12日）与普京通话一个多小时，特朗普称普京希望结束这场战争，他们讨论了在不久的将来实现停火。
