对等关税引爆金融震荡后美迎来近两周首只新垃圾债券

美国迎来近两周第一只高风险的垃圾债券（Junk Bond）首次上柜，显示债券市场经历特朗普关税一番折腾后，本周已趋向稳定。彭博社引述消息人士报道，液化天然气出口设施发展商Venture Global Plaquemines计划分两批发售分别为八年期和10年期的美元高级抵押证券。八年期债券利率的起始定价将介于7%以上的中高区间，10年期债券则会比八年期高约25个基点。这两批债券预计将获得穆迪给予Ba2评级，标普给予BB+评级，以及惠誉给予BB评级，一旦发行，将是特朗普4月2日宣布向全球贸易伙伴广泛征收…
