雪州气爆案报告：土质疏松与金属疲劳肇祸

马来西亚政府星期一（6月30日）公布雪兰莪州布特拉高原天然气管道爆炸案调查报告。警方排除气爆是蓄意破坏和施工疏忽因素等引起。专家则指地下水造成管线下方土质疏松，导致管线金属疲劳而出现裂缝及泄漏，是造成这次事故的主要原因。据《星洲日报》报道，雪州总警长胡申星期一（6月30日）在雪州政府大厦召开的布特拉高原气爆案调查报告联合记者会指出，警方调查结果表明，事故与人为疏忽或蓄意破坏无关。他说：“（事故地点附近）所有工程已在事发前两天，即3月30日完工，因此事发时并没有任何工程在进行。” 全国职业安全及卫生…
