Пациент 54 года. Со слов, боли в спине беспокоили длительное время. Последнее обострение в августе 2023 года на фоне физической нагрузки: увеличение интенсивности болевого синдрома в спине, появилась иррадиация боли в правую нижнюю конечность, онемение в стопе. На МРТ поясничного отдела: секвестрированная грыжа межпозвонкового диска L5-S1. В октябре 2023 года консультация нейрохирурга, рекомендации о проведении консервативного лечения, при неэффективности предложено оперативное лечение. На момент осмотра: умеренные боли в спине,
регресс иррадиирующей боли, регресс чувствительных нарушений. Выполнено повторное МРТ поясничного отдела позвоночника.
