从伊犁到北京，这一路有多难
民国时期从伊犁去北京，更稳妥的路线不是通常被认为的走河西走廊，而是在布尔津搭船，在额尔齐斯河航行到塞米伊，再到新西伯利亚乘铁路到哈尔滨、奉天（沈阳），这时候再去北京就有很多选择了。
原因是此时河西走廊盗匪横行，而铁路不仅快，而且沿途在俄国控制下（从长春到大连是日本控制），相对安全很多。
广禄曾是民国驻东亚领事，当时从新疆出发去北京上学就是走这条路。
其实此时还有一条路，即从奇台北上科布多，从现在的蒙古国经过再到北京，这也是山西商人来到新疆的路。后来随着蒙古独立这条商路就荒废了，也导致了奇台的衰落。
