丹麦养老基金“拉黑”特斯拉 抛售所持股份
近日，丹麦养老基金AkademikerPension在官网发布声明，宣布将特斯拉公司正式列入投资黑名单，这意味着，无论是该基金自身还是其委托的外部基金管理人，未来都不能再购买特斯拉股票。该基金目前管理着超过两百亿美元的资产，且正在抛售了其持有的剩余200股特斯拉股票。该基金的一位发言人透露，特斯拉股票在其投资组合中的峰值价值曾高达3亿丹麦克朗。基金CEO表示，主要因素有三点：特斯拉对工会的抵制；公司治理结构中暴露出的问题，董事会独立性面临重大挑战；马斯克本人“深度介入美国和欧洲政治”以及“散布不实信息”的行为。

Telegram has exploded as a hub for cybercriminals looking to buy, sell and share stolen data and hacking tools, new research shows, as the messaging app emerges as an alternative to the dark web.An investigation by cyber intelligence group Cyberint, together with the Financial Times, found a ballooning network of hackers sharing data leaks on the popular messaging platform, sometimes in channels with tens of thousands of subscribers, lured by its ease of use and light-touch moderation.
In many cases, the content resembled that of the marketplaces found on the dark web, a group of hidden websites that are popular among hackers and accessed using specific anonymising software.“We have recently been witnessing a 100 per cent-plus rise in Telegram usage by cybercriminals,” said Tal Samra, cyber threat analyst at Cyberint.The rise in nefarious activity comes as users flocked to the encrypted chat app earlier this year after changes to the privacy policy of Facebook-owned rival WhatsApp prompted many to seek out alternatives.风向旗参考快讯 from us
