CMI在日本POP再度向下游客户发送了电信和联通的路由，意味着日本地区的客户可以通过CMI传送流量至国内三网（与香港CMI三网回程相同）
此前在去年年初左右移动曾因容量原因移除了日本POP至电信和联通的路由，本次调整是临时调整还是容量有所改善尚未确认
目前DMIT TYO EB，Kirino日本地区的客户应该已经可以体验到该路由变化
