大力水手和丁丁因版权到期进入公共领域
对卡通人物“大力水手”和“丁丁”来说，2025年元旦是新时代到来的一天。因为根据美国版权法，这两位家喻户晓的卡通人物和其他数以千计的电影、歌曲、书籍等作品版权都届满95年期限，从此正式进入公共领域。
这些诞生于1929年的经典作品一旦进入公共领域，就会成为各种改编翻拍或衍生作品的素材，任何人都可以使用它们再创作。西格创造的“大力水手”在1929年于报纸连载漫画「顶针剧场」首度亮相。
这位手持烟斗、身穿水手装、有着船锚纹身、幽默感十足的卡通人物，可望从2025年开始经历崭新冒险生涯。至于勇敢的小记者“丁丁”和他的狗狗白雪是比利时漫画家埃尔热的创作。
