Google is currently testing blocking video playback on Vanced for some people living in India or the UK. #1 (This issue was also reported on Official YouTube Vanced v17.03.38, which so far had no issues)
It's still a test for a few people, but in the future this could be extended to everyone.
I see this as an issue that needs to be fixed urgently.
So I have provided the last additional update(Hotfix) as an exception for this time only, for Vanced Extended, which has been discontinued.

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely. Currently stock is underpriced. Investors can bet on it for a longer horizon," said Vivek Gupta, director research at CapitalVia Global Research.
