За версією слідства, чоловік у змові з іншими особами створював підроблені документи з гербовою печаткою та підписом, схожим на офіційний, які використовувалися для симуляції проходження медкомісій та ухилення від мобілізації.
Йому інкримінують перешкоджання діяльності ЗСУ (ч. 1 ст. 114-1 ККУ) та підроблення офіційних документів (ч. 3 ст. 358 ККУ). Підозрюваного заарештовано на 60 діб до 9 серпня. У разі доведення вини йому загрожує до 8 років позбавлення волі.

However, analysts are positive on the stock now. “We have seen a huge downside movement in the stock due to the central electricity regulatory commission’s (CERC) order that seems to be negative from 2014-15 onwards but we cannot take a linear negative view on the stock and further downside movement on the stock is unlikely.
