Полтавська міська рада ухвалила рішення про виплату майже 2,5 млн грн компенсацій двом містянам, які постраждали внаслідок падіння дерев.

Один чоловік отримав тяжку травму хребта у 2019 році після падіння гілки верби, попри те, що комунальникам за рік до інциденту вже повідомляли про аварійність дерева.

Інша справа стосується пошкодженого у 2024 році автомобіля Audi Q7 через падіння гілки дуба.

Обидва випадки завершилися судовими рішеннями на користь постраждалих. Компенсації виплачуватимуться з міського бюджету, що вкотре порушує питання про відповідальність і своєчасність дій комунальних служб щодо аварійних дерев.

Напевне дешевше все ж таки обрізати дерева чи ні🤔

And as different people update it, your copy also gets updated.”

Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”
