#通行线·轨交#【莫斯科13号线今日撤销，将改造为公园】俄罗斯唯一的单轨——莫斯科地铁13号线因为客流低下，经市民投票后，决定在今天服务结束后永久停运。这条线路位于莫斯科北部，全长仅4.7km，途经著名的国家经济成就展和数条铁路。
这条线路最初于2004年作为观光线路开通，采用来自过山车专家Intamin的列车。2008年它转为普通铁路，2016年被编入地铁。但2017年随着MCC等线路投入服务，它的客流大不如前，恢复了大间隔的观光模式，2025年日均客流不足2000人，因此进行了投票，结果出炉后便很快停运了。
通通正是在参观国家经济成就展时看到了这条线路，待了1个多小时，班次非常少，目测间隔在20~30分钟左右。这里未来也将改造为城市公园，2027年开放。

If you want to trim the fat and grab only the best of the best, this is the perfect time to do so: choose the ones you want to export by long-pressing one file to activate selection mode, and then tapping on the rest. Once you’re done, hit the Share button (that “less than”-like symbol at the top of your screen). If you have a big collection—more than 500 stickers, for example—it’s possible that nothing will happen when you tap the Share button. Be patient—your phone’s just struggling with a heavy load.On the menu that pops from the bottom of the screen, choose Telegram, and then select the chat named Saved messages. This is a chat only you can see, and it will serve as your sticker bank. Unlike WhatsApp, Telegram doesn’t store your favorite stickers in a quick-access reservoir right beside the typing field, but you’ll be able to snatch them out of your Saved messages chat and forward them to any of your Telegram contacts. This also means you won’t have a quick way to save incoming stickers like you did on WhatsApp, so you’ll have to forward them from one chat to the other.
Since the violent storming of Capitol Hill and subsequent ban of former U.S. President Donald Trump from Facebook and Twitter, the removal of Parler from Amazon’s servers, and the de-platforming of incendiary right-wing content, messaging services Telegram and Signal have seen a deluge of new users. In January alone, Telegram reported 90 million new accounts. Its founder, Pavel Durov, described this as “the largest digital migration in human history.” Signal reportedly doubled its user base to 40 million people and became the most downloaded app in 70 countries. The two services rely on encryption to protect the privacy of user communication, which has made them popular with protesters seeking to conceal their identities against repressive governments in places like Belarus, Hong Kong, and Iran. But the same encryption technology has also made them a favored communication tool for criminals and terrorist groups, including al Qaeda and the Islamic State.
