CMA：微软与OpenAI 的合作伙伴关系没有破坏市场竞争
英国竞争与市场管理局（CMA）近日宣布，经过调查，微软与 OpenAI 的合作不会削弱市场竞争，因此无需接受进一步的监管审查。CMA 做出此项决定的原因是微软与 OpenAI 近期调整了合作模式。（此前，微软&动视暴雪收购案也在英国市场经历过一系列调查）

Durov said on his Telegram channel today that the two and a half year blockchain and crypto project has been put to sleep. Ironically, after leaving Russia because the government wanted his encryption keys to his social media firm, Durov’s cryptocurrency idea lost steam because of a U.S. court. “The technology we created allowed for an open, free, decentralized exchange of value and ideas. TON had the potential to revolutionize how people store and transfer funds and information,” he wrote on his channel. “Unfortunately, a U.S. court stopped TON from happening.”
