日本鹿儿岛县十岛村3日下午发生5.5级地震，最大震度6弱，在恶石岛，地震没有引发海啸。
截止当地时间3日17时，当地已观测到1050次震度1以上的有感地震。
当局计划将部分民众撤至岛外避难，想要离开的民众明日将乘船前往鹿儿岛市。
十岛村在过去也有因地震、台风等自然灾害而撤离民众至岛外避难的情况。
气象厅呼吁当地民众今后注意大雨引发的山体滑坡和震度6弱程度的地震。气象厅还就“日本大地震”谣言做澄清，表示以目前科技水平还无法预知地震。
