韩国仁川江华警察署6月27日拘留并调查6名美国人。这些人员涉嫌于当天凌晨1时6分许在仁川市江华郡河岾面望月墩台试图将1300多个装有大米、1美元纸币和圣经等物品的塑料瓶投入大海。
据悉，驻扎当地的部队在执行海岸巡视任务时发现上述人员，并立即报警。警方计划通过翻译调查上述人员的具体作案经过。江华郡去年11月被划设为危险区，全面禁止对朝散布传单等行为。
